PAYMENT INFORMATION

Listed below you will find a few methods to make your HOA Payments, if you have any questions please contact your community manager.

USING OUR ONLINE OPTION

We offer an online payment option using a third-party service called PayLease.  To get started, simply select the link below and complete the online form - please double check that you select the correct community.

PAYMENT BY MAIL OPTION

Please make all checks and money orders payable to Walnut Cove Property Owners Association. Identifying information such as property address, legal description, invoice number, or account holder name must be referenced in the memo section of your check, in order for it to be applied to the correct account. You can mail your payment to 11182 Apple Tree St. Willis, TX 77318

WALK-IN OPTION

You are welcome to make the payment by check or money order in our office located at 11182 Apple Tree St. Willis, TX 77318.

 

Our office hours are Monday-Thursday 8am to 5pm, closed 12pm to 1pm for lunch. Friday 8am to 4pm (open for lunch on Fridays).  If it is after hours or during lunch you may drop your payment through the door mail slot that is under 24 hr. surveillance.
